Risk Management Plans
Risk management plans are a vital tool for road asset owners and managers. They provide the insight needed to efficiently direct resources and limit the exposure to risk.
Our team members have an extensive experience in conducting risk assessment and preparing Risk Management Plans. Our Risk Management Plans are based on the Australia/New Zealand Standard for Risk Management (AS/NZS ISO 31000:2009).
Plans are developed using the methodology and activities shown in the figure below. To achieve the best possible treatments for identified risks, our team members apply their extensive road safety engineering knowledge and experience.
